Don’t get in a hurry to make money if you’re lacking in PPC experience, and with ad testing you really should proceed with caution. Never try to test every part of your PPC ads in one felled swoop. You only test one part per test such as the headline, or some other part. You have to track the reasons for your ad performance, and if you change more than one thing you won’t know which part was responsible for the performance difference. After you begin testing, both ads will have their respective CTR’s, click through rates, for you to see for easy comparison. You will do what you want, but if you want to get good at this, then you will never steal the copy from other PPC ads. Of course there are a lot of PPC advertisers who outright just copy the ads from other people. Obviously, you will never become a great PPC marketer by simply stealing the ads from other advertisers. The only path to improvement is to learn how to write ads, and learn the principles involved with copywriting, including traffic siphon. There really is no shortcut to learning how to create and write compelling ads. Just keep working and learning and doing – in time your efforts will distinguish you from all the rest, and the lazier people will never get anywhere meaningful.
